These are the instructions to make a cute origami Doraemon, ドラえもん in Japanese. This origami model uses 2 square sheets of paper for the head and body.
Doraemon is a Japanese manga character – a robot cat with no ears, sent from the future!

You will need:
Body: 1 piece of blue + white square paper. 15cm x 15cm.
Head: 1 piece of blue + white square paper. 15cm x 15cm.
Eyes: half of a white (or red and white if you have it) paper 10 x 5 cm.
– bit of yellow paper
– bit of glue
Final size: Approx. 8 cm wide by 11cm tall.
Cartoon Eyes:
You will need:
1 sheet of square paper cut in half. I used 15 x 7.5 for the tutorial, this results in eyes that are 6 x 7.5 cm.
The smaller ones I show in the video I started with 10 x 5 cm, they end up being 5 x 4 cm.
