Easy Kirigami 6 Pointed Snowflake Tutorial

Easy Kirigami 6 Pointed Snowflake Tutorial via @paper_kawaii

Learn how to make a beautiful paper snowflake. This method makes it quick and simple to fold and cut your snowflake in a few minutes. All you need is a sheet of square paper and some scissors.

Something different, a kirigami snowflake, these are the classic 6 sided or 6 pointed snowflakes.

I think the hexagonal snowflakes look a lot nicer than the four or five sided ones. There are many many snowflake templates that you can find online. There are some nice ones to try here.

I haven’t made these kirigami snowflakes in a long time, they are very fun to make. My daughter has making them in the holidays. I like the idea of using these kirigami paper snowflakes as gift wrapping decorations.

You will need:

▸ 1 sheet of square paper, preferably white.
▸ Scissors
▸ Pencil if you want to draw a design.
