Origami Gift Bag Tutorial & Free Printable Patterns via @paper_kawaii

Learn how to make these cute origami gift bags. Easy to follow video tutorial. Perfect as easter gift box, party favour, wedding favour.

If you have a box that has to fit inside, it would be quite easy to shape the bag around that box to make it a perfect fit.

The paper I used in the photos above I made myself and they are available to download below.

In your printer settings, try to make sure ‘fit to page’ or ‘auto scale’ is on.

You will need:

  • Any size paper, rectangular, A4 / letter paper works best.
  • Glue

Thanks so much for this. My daughter is having an Origami birthday party – we have made ‘chatterbox’ (Origami fortune teller) invitations, and we have used your tutorial to make Origami gift bags for the party favours (all the bags in the shop were too small!).
