With this tutorial you can learn how to make a round origami candy box, this time the ‘fans’ of the candy are pointy, or you can leave them straight. You can make the fans of the candy a different colour to the box! Or you could use pin stripe paper for a classic candy look.
You can use these ‘fans’ on the square candy box too, or use the regular fans on this rounded box.
This origami candy box is modular, it stays together very well, you won’t need glue, you can if you want, maybe if you want them to be handled a lot.

Level: ★★★☆☆
You will need:
2 sheets of 15 x 15 cm.
1 sheet of paper, 21 x 21 cm.
Different sizes:
20 x 20 & 14 x 14 cm
10.65 x 10.65 and 7.5 x 7.5 cm
15 x 15 & 10.5 x 10.5 cm
Take the size of the paper for your box and ÷ by 1.42. the result will be the size you need for the ‘fans’.
Or – Take the size of the paper you want your fans to be and X (times) by 1.42, that will give you your size you need for the box.
For example, if you have some paper you want to use for the box which is 11 x 11, to get the size you need for the fans, do this sum: 11 ÷ 1.42 = ? (7.75).
